Role Overview

Inside business development specialist qualifying homeowner inquiries and coordinating inspection appointments for CCR residential sales representatives.

Market & Location

Greater Atlanta / North Georgia (HQ: Alpharetta / Hybrid)

Core Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from property owners with professional customer service.
• Execute multi-touch follow-up cycles across phone and email to coordinate property inspection appointments.
• Understand homeowner needs, roof age, and inspection requests prior to scheduling field inspections.
• Manage team calendar availability and coordinate inspection appointments for field representatives.
• Maintain organized contact records in BuilderLync CRM.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, inside sales, or customer communication.
• Clear, professional telephone voice and strong active listening ability.
• Experience navigating CRM software and scheduling tools.
• Strong phone presence, active listening, and consistent follow-through.

Preferred Experience & Transferable Pathways

• Automotive BDC representatives and real estate inside sales agents (ISAs).
• Home services dispatchers (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) with customer acquisition experience.
• Call center customer retention or lead qualification representatives.
