## Role Overview
Front-line residential sales professional responsible for property inspections, storm damage assessments, homeowner consultations, and coordinating build schedules with dedicated CCR production teams.
## Market & Location
Greater Atlanta / North Georgia (Headquarters Market: Alpharetta, GA)
## Core Responsibilities
- Perform thorough roof inspections and document roof conditions using photo and measurement standards.
- Meet directly with homeowners to explain inspection findings, material options, and reroofing process.
- Collaborate with CCR's full-time Xactimate estimating department to ensure scopes are accurate and code-compliant.
- Guide property owners through the installation schedule and communicate clearly from inspection to completion.
- Maintain organized opportunity records in BuilderLync CRM across all active accounts.
## Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous outside sales experience in roofing, construction, or exterior home improvement.
- Physical ability to safely ascend and inspect residential roofs using standard safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation capable of transporting inspection equipment, and authorized right to work in the US.
- Strong verbal communication and consultative presentation skills with homeowners.
## Preferred Experience & Transferable Pathways
- Solar sales representatives with strong residential presentation skills.
- Exterior home service professionals (windows, siding, HVAC, gutters) seeking larger project scopes.
- High-performing B2C consultative sales reps with documented field discipline.
