## Role Overview
Consultative sales specialist delivering comprehensive exterior remodeling solutions including fiber-cement siding, replacement windows, gutter systems, and exterior trim across North Georgia residential properties.
## Market & Location
Greater Atlanta / North Georgia (HQ: Alpharetta, GA)
## Core Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth exterior design consultations with homeowners to assess siding, window, and gutter requirements.
- Develop accurate scopes and project estimates utilizing digital measurement tools.
- Present exterior product options, design visualizations, and financing packages.
- Coordinate with CCR production managers to ensure seamless installation handoffs.
- Maintain meticulous pipeline records in BuilderLync CRM.
## Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrated outside sales success in exterior home improvement, replacement windows, siding, or specialty remodeling.
- Strong consultative presentation ability and aesthetic eye for residential architecture.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Commitment to transparent, pressure-free customer consultations.
## Preferred Experience & Transferable Pathways
- Window and door replacement specialists (Renewal by Andersen, Pella, Champion).
- Siding sales representatives (James Hardie certified contractors).
- Residential solar or sunroom sales consultants.
## Compensation & Performance Structure
Performance-based compensation rewarding sales production and project profitability across premium exterior home remodeling lines (siding, windows, gutters, specialty exteriors). Full compensation details are reviewed during the interview process.
