## Role Overview
Commercial account executive responsible for cultivating institutional relationships with multifamily property management companies, HOA boards, and asset managers for capital roofing replacements and maintenance programs.
## Market & Location
Greater Atlanta & Southeast Regional Expansion (HQ: Alpharetta, GA)
## Core Responsibilities
- Build relationships with multifamily property management companies, ownership groups, HOA and condominium associations, asset managers, developers, and other institutional property stakeholders.
- Conduct multi-building property condition assessments and compile comprehensive reserve study reports.
- Present phased capital reroofing proposals to HOA boards and ownership committees.
- Collaborate with CCR commercial production teams to ensure large-scale phased project delivery.
- Maintain active opportunity forecasting in BuilderLync CRM.
## Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years experience in B2B commercial roofing, multifamily capital improvements, or property management vendor sales.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder commercial buying cycles.
- Strong understanding of low-slope and steep-slope commercial roofing assemblies.
- Professional presentation and commercial contract negotiation acumen.

- Commercial exterior sales reps (siding, waterproofing, commercial painting).
- Multifamily property management suppliers and service account executives.
- Commercial restoration and disaster recovery business developers.
