Terms of Service

CCR Hire ("the Service," "we," "us") is a hiring platform operated by Capital City Roofing LLC, an Atlanta, Georgia limited liability company. Contact: hello@ccrhire.com.

By creating an account and selecting a paid tier, you agree to pay the listed monthly fee until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. There is no annual contract; pro-rated refunds are issued for downgrades but not for mid-cycle cancellations.

You agree not to use the Service to discriminate against applicants on any basis protected by federal, state, or local law. The 5-Filter system grades candidate output (synthesis, taste, reverse interview), not protected characteristics. Any attempt to use the system to surface or score protected characteristics is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension.

You retain ownership of candidate-submitted data inside your workspace. We retain a service-role copy for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days for support continuity, after which the data is hard-deleted within 30 days. Candidates can request deletion of their own data at any time by emailing privacy@ccrhire.com.

Candidate synthesis videos and Deepgram transcripts are retained inside your workspace for the duration of the subscription. We provide bulk-delete tooling on request. We do not train any model on candidate-submitted videos or text.

The 5-Filter score is generated by a large language model on a rubric you can inspect. Every individual grade ships with the model's rationale. We strongly recommend you sample-audit grades against your own ratings via the in-app Calibration tab; the system tracks drift and surfaces it on your dashboard.

The AI grade is not a hiring decision. The hiring decision is yours. We disclaim any warranty that a high or low score corresponds to on-the-job performance - that's what your interview is for.

The Service is provided "as is." We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
