Are there annual contracts?+

What's included in 'applications per month'?+

Every candidate who submits the application form and clears the knockout questions counts as one. Knockout rejections don't count against your quota.

Can I change tiers?+

Yes - up or down. Pro-rated at the next billing cycle. The dashboard has a tier-change button; no calls required.

What about per-hire fees?+

Zero. We are a subscription, not an agency. Your marginal cost per candidate is compute + transcription (~$5-9). The subscription is the line item.
